Patrick Larson is the owner of Caffe Boa Ahwatukee, a beloved Italian Scratch Kitchen in Phoenix, Arizona. He coined the phrase "Hasta la Pasta" as a lightheared way to say goodbye, because in his world, there is always pasta to cook and people to feed. While restaurant ownership is no walk in the park, Patrick believes there is always room for a breather, a laugh, and a bit of silliness, especially when it comes to his daughter, Charlotte. He created the phrase just for her, turning preschool pick ups into a giggly tradition as they waved goodbye to her teachers and headed off toward their next noodle fueled adventure.
